welding expertise

The welding techniques we use include Stick Welding (also known as Shielded Metal Arc Welding, or SMAW), Mig welding (also known as Gas Metal Arc Welding, or GMAW), Tig welding, (also known as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, or GTAW).

Stick Welding

  • Can be performed in any position and in hard-to-reach locations
  • Allows quick change from one material to another
  • Requires no outside shielding gas and can be used outdoors in light to medium wind

Mig Welding

  • Affords much higher deposition rates
  • Welds light gauge material or thick plate
  • Welds all common metals - carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum

Tig Welding

  • Produces very high quality welds of most of metals
  • Provides precise control of welding variables, i.e. heat

Our lathe can perform various operations such as cutting, drilling, turning, beveling etc.

Our metal break can bend flat iron bars etc.

Our light rolling machine can roll different kinds of metal sheet into a round or conical shape.

Our plasma cutting can yield quality cuts on both ferrous and nonferrous metals.
